Pavement partially blocked

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 month, 1 week, 1 day, 15 hours, 11 minutes later. Council ref: 7086754.
On the corner of Victoria Close there is vegetation and rubbish left over from when the trees fell down which is partially blocking the pavement. Cars do mount the pavement at this point during the morning rush and it poses a hazard coming round the corner onto Dartmouth Avenue.
