Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 12 minutes later. Council ref: 7095102.

Its been reported by a customer that outside of Number 15 Kelston Road, Keynsham BS31 2JLS-A concrete post has been dumped outside of this address above , and it was reported before , but nothing was taken , can this be looked at again and removed outside of No 15 Kelston Road, in Keynsham the customer is asking ?
