Street lamp 443 at the top of Whitelands Hill has not been lit for several months.

    Ambulances cannot get down lower Whitelands hill in emergency as happening right now. There are several houses on the lower rank of houses with vulnerable residents so ambulances are needed often. Please would someone clear the bramble and overhung small trees ASAP please. Most grateful , thank you
