Pavement and callers patio flooded

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7192766.

Can we check where the water is coming from please, is it spring water? and if so, it appears to be coming up through the road. caller has swept the patio but the water has no where to go. next door neighbour tells her they've been struggling with this for 2 years, were passed to Wessex Water but they came up empty too
