  • Hello the dirty filthy water is now flowing all the way out of Hatfield Buildings and all the way down Widcombe Hill to the coop. There is sludge all over the road. It isn’t safe or pleasant. Please can someone come and unblock it before there is an accident and someone slips ? Fyi it was filled with cement last year I noticed a builder had done this so you’d need equipment to deal with that. Thanks id mark this as urgent at this point.

  • One of your workman visited the site but declined to deal with the matter as he stated that as he was unable to bring his vehicle into Hatfield Buildings and was not prepared to bring a wheelbarrow to empty the drain. Subsequently I attempted to unblock the drain as it continued to overflow. I have bagged 6 -7 bags of waste from the drain which remain close by. I was expecting your team to return. Please attend remove waste and service the drain.

  • Hello - there are several bags of heavy waste from the drains that was unblocked by a resident because the council didn’t do it. They need carrying away - please can someone come and do this? We are very limited with space on this road and can’t have several bags of waste lying around. Please can you let me know when this will be done? Vans etc come up the road all the time including for rubbish, recycling and building work and don’t shouldn’t be an issue to get this cleared. The resident has done the part of clearing the drain because the council didn’t do it… this has been going on for a few months now and would love for it be resolved asap. Please let me know. Thanks

  • Hello - the drain is now totally blocked again and the road is wet. So now we really do urgently need the council to unblock it properly as well as taking the waste away please. I am very concerned about slipping on the sludge that is being created by this blocked waste as I have a disability. I’d be so grateful if you could please see to this asap. I gather the road was blocked last time you tried - despite theirs being vans in the roads at the moment due to building work , it is rarely blocked so access shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you
