Ice on hill

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7227158.

I requested a year ago back in January 2024 for a grit bin to be put on this hill. The ice is making the hill unusable. I am unable to drive up or down this hill when icy and it's making it very dangerous as having to walk on the ice to get to my in-laws who are vulnerable and live along this lane. Need to check on them twice a day. We really need a grit bin.
