Diseased Sycamore Branches In Royal Victoria Park Snapped Off Overhanging Allotments

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 11:06, Wednesday 12 March 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7266173.

There are diseased branches of a sycamore tree in Royal Victoria Park which are overhanging plot 85 of the allotments and may fall at any time. There is one branch that has snapped off, around 8ft long, 6-8in diameter which is resting in the canopy and could easily fall in the next high winds. Please can this issue be attended urgently. The tree may be hard to see from the park side as it is shielded by other trees. Happy to be contacted if help is needed to locate it.
