Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7271907.
On the corner of Pool Barton and Keynsham Road the railing on the bridge over the A4 is damaged and protruding onto the pavement causing a health and safety hazard to passing pedestrians. I do not know how long this has been like this.
