Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 hours, 50 minutes later. Council ref: 7272401.
A contractor -Arborist Tree Surgeon - strapped large plastic placards to lamp-posts. They completed their work weeks ago but their placard remains -at the corner of Church Road and Rock Lane in Combe Down Village. Is this permitted? Please can it be removed.
