Rubbish everywhere on the verges of the highways

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7273629.

The verges are covered in rubbish and litter from the a46 slip road all the way to the box roundabout. the a4 is covered in rubbish and litter and its a complete eyesore. please could someone arrange to have the verges litter picked as soon as possible.
