Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 20 minutes later. Council ref: 7273930.

Build up of dead leaves and vegetation on south side of walkway. This is a narrow pavement with vehicles passing close by and the build of dead leaves forces pedestrians very close to the road. Obstruction has gradually increased since last autumn.
