Cars parking on keep clear lines

The problem is that cars are constantly parked on the keep clear lines and stopping me from coming out of my drive, and stopping the residents parking in there space. We need to have double yellow lines to stop them parking there. It's bad enough that we have them all parked on the paths and they have to walk in the road.

    Extra pictures cars parking on paths, ambulance and fire engine and delivery always have trouble getting through to residents of Worcester Park.
