This car is parked on pavement, has no MOT and has been abandoned for over 5 weeks.

The abandoned vehicle has not moved, it has no mot, all the doors are open, with potentially hazardous materials inside. As it is unlocked, it is also a safety hazard on a hill if someone (potentially child) was to play with the handbrake.
