Request for a new grit bin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7278559.

This hill gets particularly Icey and dangerous in the winter, please could a girt bin be place at the bottom of the hill so that we can deice the road.

  • We have looked into this issue and no action will be taken. We have carried out a site survey and the location doesn’t meet the criteria for gritting or a grit bin. Further info here - https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/ find-out-where-we-grit-winter.
