Tree overhanging road and towards property becoming very top heavy and not protected by other trees

I have reported this tree previously but it is leaning more and with each year becomes more top heavy. Other trees removed make it more vulnerable to wind and it already sways a lot before new growth at the top. It would fall across the road and on my roof
