Phone cables cut while cutting down trees near Cloud hill farm

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7327093.

Last Friday someone come to cut down some trees at the border with the industrial estate on the highways and in doing so they cut down our homephone line and broadband and they didn't have the courtesy of letting us know and we found the cable in the street. We have reported the fault with BT and we told them and we have been without phone and we cannot work then.
