Parked on double yellow with a pavement obstruction/trip hazard

Reported via iOS in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:04, Sat 29 March 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7355370.

The council don’t seem to realise that there is constant parking on the double yellow lines on Coombend outside of Bentleys Terrace. This van loves to park outside of office hours to charge their van with a trailing cable over the pavement. This is a massive trip hazard.

Other vehicles also love to park on these yellow lines in the evenings.
