Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7387389.

Hi Previously reported damage to the track off of Lymore Avenue. This is a public area which leads to the park which is used by small children. You also use this access to facilitate your park runs, bin collections from the park and heavy vehicles (tractors) for grass, cutting and maintenance of the park along with using the park for the newly erected nature reserve area. Your response previously for maintaining and correcting the surface of the track was: “Thank you for your report. This request is outside of the current scope of works being carried out in Brickfields. However, the issue has been noted and will be put forward for funding in 2025/26 works programme.” And you changed the status to: Closed Please could you provide an update on this and confirm when the works will be done given that it’s a council used area? And many young children and prams use this track.
