I reported one of these bins yesterday. Nothing has been done. It is worse today. Rats will be attracted to the rubbish. Litter is being blown all over our lovely park.

These bins were eventually emptied. However the problem persists. Overflowing bins and the subsequent problems they cause are clearly not a priority got the council (BANES), at least in Royal Victoria Park. It is interesting and perhaps revealing to note that this never occurs in front of the Royal Crescent!
