Speed limit sign is twisted and at the wrong angle

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7433463.

The 20mph speed limit sign on lamp post #5 outside 11 Richmond Heights, BA1 5QJ is twisted to be at 90 degrees to the road and therefore cannot be seen by cars, especially when driving up Richmond Heights. It has been a problem for at least two months. It is unable to be moved/corrected by hand.
