Untaxed abandoned vehicle on the public road and also blocking residents car parking spaces one of which is disabled

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7433714.

We have checked and the vehicle is SORN online and untaxed and has been on the public road for around a week now blocking residents parking spaces and access to our homes. There is also a disabled child and the mother is having trouble getting round the car into their spaces. The vehicle is damaged and has a number plate missing
