Severely unattended vegetation

This vegetation is constantly overflowing and blocking most of the public footpath which is an issue for children, wheelchair users and pedestrians. It also blocks the street sign name and as you can see is out of control and needs to be either severely cut down or removed. This has been an issue for years.
