Overgrown areas

Good Morning
I have contacted you previously both by phone and email and was told that this was being dealt with and I was not the only person that has raised the issue.
The public pathway at the side of my house is so overgrown that the trees and foliage are a danger to people walking that way. They are so overgrown they now stretch across the entire walkway and are at my side of the fence blocking light. On a windy day there is also the fear that something may snap and hurt someone as they walk. Not to mention that due to the severe overgrown trees that even the street light is now impaired making it unsafe for people to use the walkway in the dark.
Please can you confirm if this area will be cut back for everyone’s safety.
