Hanging over my garden, I’m disabled and my car is completely covered in the morning with tree sap and debris,it’s covering my footpath making it difficult for me to walk on because it’s slippery.

    The tree is blocking out all our light throughout the summer we need our lights on in the kitchen bedroom and bathroom because it is so dark. We asked the neighbour a couple of years ago if they would cut it down. They said we could cut it back but they would not do that. We live in live west housing the people with the trees out privately owned . We just want it cut down maybe to 5,6 feet. Just for some light. We all suffer with depression and anxiety issues. Plus are sons are adult autistic with mental illnesses.
