Osbourne Road - Parking at bottom / Brassmill lane and top of Osbourne Road leading to bridge parked cars block some parts of the road leading to tight passing space on the road and larger cars, vans sometimes unable to pass or very tight - could damage both parked cars and the car that's moving, It is legal to park as no yellow lines however parking on pavement at the bottom of Osbourne Road - Parking at bottom Brassmill lane / Osbourne Road
