Paving Slabs hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7544449.

There is a high paving slab and it is a trip hazard. I tripped on it and have injuries to my face and broke my glasses. It is dangerous and it is sticking up.
