Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7545892.

There's concern that if this properly falls it could fall onto someone and seriously hurt them. Please could this be looked into? There's no current obstruction, but a risk of injury

Thank you for your report. We are investigating this issue. The tree is the responsibility of the landowner not the council, but the council will follow up to assess the risk to the public on the footpath and take the appropriate action.
