There is a blue car that Continues to block the pavement push chairs and Disabled People can't get through. Plus they always block right away of Residents that live there can not use the pavement. This can is there every day from 6.30 am to very late in the evening. This car also causes many problems for other vehicles to turn round. This person doesn't live in the area. Registration Wn23 owp. This cause many issues and has done for over a year. Also parks with tyres over a residents garden that turned it to a muddy track now. Hope this will be delt with efficiently. Thank you
