Dangerous step at junction of both paths

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7574949.

There is a step at the junction of the two paths that run behind Pulteney Grove which is a step hazard and is making access difficult. Could this be removed and the path levelled out to make access easier for prams, wheelchairs etc.
