Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category by Carrie Hill at 08:55, Tuesday 27 May 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7620861.

Untamed sycamore tree in Ring Common allotments casting huge shadow on local gardens and shedding leaves in autumn. Has grown out of all proportion to its situation. It is too close to walls and properties. Is not an indigenous species and supports very little wildlife according to a visiting bug specialist from Bath city farm. Needs strenuous pruning and cutting back.
