Damaged young tree on Beacon Common

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7631559.

A young tree has a large branch partly ripped off and it is hanging still attached to the tree. It could cause the tree to die and needs to be removed totally and properly to save the tree
