Lights not working again outside 74,79 Corston View
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7641095.
Street lights not working again, they were off last week, came on last night (Thurs 29th) but not working again tonight (Fri 30th) Totally pitch black outside

Further to above, our investigations confirm there is likely to be an underground cable fault here which needs to be investigated and repaired. We shall ask our contractors to ensure attendance as soon as possible and add further information here when known.

Cover has been taken off of lamp post number one exposing wires

Thank for the information and picture, we have asked someone to attend to address this.

Further to above we confirm that our investigations to date have confirmed that the underground cable between light 11 and 12 has perished and so will need to be replaced.
We have sent new instructions to our contractors to carry out the work to install new cable and understand that when this work is complete that lights 12 and 13 will be working as normal.
We are sorry for any inconvenience and shall add further information here when known.
