Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7651855.

There are overgrown trees along Keynsham bypass and the branches come into the land nearby affecting the property in Rubens close, Nash Close, Unity Road and Chelsea Close. Please inspect and cut back.

  • Thank you for your report. A note will be made on the inspection programme so the Inspector is aware of the request when next specifying works. Please note that at Nash Close and Rubens Close it is garages that border the bypass. On Rubens Close some of the trees at this location along the boundary are growing from the garage side of the boundary fence and are not the council's responsibility.
