Water ingress due to gaps between the flagstones in St.Anne's Place
Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 09:46, Tue 3 June 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7654771.
This is an ongoing issue that have been reported for years. The situation is degenerating as the flagstones need to be proper recemented after (the weeds have been removed). In the past the Council has only removed the weeds, leaving the gaps between the flagstones exposed. Consequently I have water coming in to my vault, near the fuse box. If not address immediately, my other option is to deal with it myself and then claim the money back from the Council. Happy to meet the inspector or engineer to discuss this further.
