Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7673677.

I would like to suggest a sign be placed to advise drivers that additional lesson can be taken to improve skills, such as reverse parking and avoiding objects. This would assist the tree from being hit by drivers who cannot park. 😄
