Inadequate Recycling Collection

I have been unable to report this using other means as there seems to be a glitch on your website.

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the recycling collection on Perry Close, Westfield. Unfortunately, I have noticed that after collections, a significant amount of rubbish is left strewn across the street, seemingly due to a lack of attention. I have watched them today drop recycling as they are loading the lorry and then just move on without picking it up. This seems to be a regular occurrence as there is often a greater amount of rubbish on the street following a Monday collection day

While I greatly appreciate the council’s efforts in maintaining waste management services, the current state is causing unnecessary mess and inconvenience for residents who have taken the time and effort to sort their recycling, only to then have to go out and tidy up following a 'collection'. It would be greatly appreciated if the team could ensure that any rubbish displaced during collection is properly picked up afterward.
