Caravan left on road unmoved for several months

A caravan has been parked on the road for months unmoved

  • More to the point, it is now still on pavement and now within 10m of a road junction. Bin lorries and emergency vehicles have to access this cul-de-sac.

  • The caravan has been shifted uphill. The campervan further up which may have been this thread’s originator’s reference vehicle remains. This has bar a week or two per year has been in this location ever since logs were put in place. Ownership and maintenance responsibility of this road needs clarifying. The pavements were not designed for car weight and the surface including the area immediately in front of the garages is deteriorated. Untouched for years! Suggest section of pavement removed to allow proper on-street parking as two other pavements / paths exist reaching the houses at the top.
