Bins left out 24/7 for past 4-5 months. Rubbish spreading down the street

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7682304.

No 6 Henrietta Street bins left outside 24/7 for past few months. Seagulls getting into the bins and spreading debris around the area

  • Thank you for your report. We have issued letters to all flats at no.6 with information regarding waste & recycling collections and will contact the management company at no.7. Please note that we cannot take further action in regards to recycling and waste containers stored within the boundary of the property (area within the boundary of the railings). If it happens again, please log a new report.
