The bike jumps over the brickfields

There are these people over the (Brickfields) that are digging holes in the humps that kids ride over with their bikes. One little girl nearly had a nasty accident yesterday because she didn’t see what they dug away. Do they have permission to do this. We don’t know who they are they just appeared and they’re doing it now.
