I reported this last September the drain is completely fill with cement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7689613.

I have reported it twice this is the third time someone did come and look at it but said they couldn’t fix it and would report back it is still the same and now the drain further down is also blocked how long do we have to wait I’m sure if this was in the city it would have been fixed by now
