Pavement lifting. Tree interfering with telephone lines

Reported via mobile in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 18:53, Tuesday 10 June 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7690398.

Many trees in the cul de sac have uprooted and fallen in bad weather over the last couple of winters outside houses and narrowly missing parked cars and potential pedestrians or houses. This trees roots are lifting the public walk way and seem to be near the surface therefore I have concerns that this trees roots will fall during bad weather and due to its size would hit our house if it were to fall. Branches are snapping off several trees including this one . When speaking to the contractors who have felled many trees in the cul de sac , did recognise this tree as being unsafe due to size , roots damaging the pavement and also intertwining with the overhead wires. I’m concerned for public safety and surrounding property
