The pavement outside no.1 is obstructed forcing pedestrians with pushchairs and mobility walkers to walk in the road. There is a lampost in there somewhere so the lighting effect on the road and pavement is reduced at night making the road darker at night, wasting the taxpayer money in trying to light an overgrown hedge and not the road. This was reported in June last year but nothing happened as can be seen by the dense overgrowth still blocking the pavement.
