Abandoned Van on Penn Hill Road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7715891.

A large white van (larger than a transit) has been parked here for at least 6 weeks. It looks as if people are starting to strip things from the vehicle. Please can this be investigated.
