Tree overhanging Back Garden BA2 1BJ

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 10:28, Tue 17 June 2025

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7721714.

There is a tree that is a safety hazard overhanging the back garden of 50 King Georges Road. Branches have snapped off already and it is a risk to resident's pets. Branches are too high for resident to attend to. Please can they be attended to.

Updates

  • The tree is now blocking the back gate to 50 King Georges Road. It is a safety hazard to people using the gate (window cleaners and gardeners). Branches are snapping off and falling into my garden where my dogs roam.

  • WIND WARNING

SOMEONE NEEDS TO COME AND CUT THIS OVERHANGING TREE NOW. Branches are falling into my garden. It’s a health and safety hazard for myself and my dogs. You can’t even get out of the back gate due to the tree. If this is not cut down and causes and injury to myself or my dogs, I will be taking this further. Fix it now.
