Surface water drain blocked for over a year now. Fully blocked and over growing with weeds and plants. Reported previously but never cleared.

Plants were cut back from on top of the drain, but the drain was never cleared. Plants are now growing back over the drain.

Surface vegetation now removed by resident (me). No excuse now for having the drain cleared. During heavy rain, large puddles are present nearby due to this drain being blocked
