Pothole and water leak on Upton Lane

There is a land drain further up within our land and has been draining to the road for some time. There is a permanent puddle by the entrance to my driveway and this has started to erode into a pothole. The puddle is always there as there is continuous flowing water, regardless of the weather. Please can you investigate, the water is a safety risk as it turns to ice in the winter and the pot hole will get worse and will be a problem for me and other motorists. Thanks
