Faded double yellow lines and faded no parking signs

I am part of an incident response unit for Network Rail, yesterday evening attended ferry lane , Claverton along with British Transport Police and Avon & Somerset Police for a serious incident on the level crossing only to find illegally parked cars causing and obstruction. The double yellow lines at this location are faded and need repainting to make it very clear that there is no parking. The no parking at any time signs are also very faded and unreadable. These parked cars last night caused serious problems to a serious incident, emergency vehicles were unable to turn due to the amount of illegally parked cars and had to reverse the whole length of Ferry Lane. The keep clear next to the crossing is also begining to faded. In the short term could no waiting cones be placed in this area and parking enforcement patrols carried out where possible.
