Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 7808181.
This drain has been blocked for 3 years. I have complained numerous times and nothing has been done. As I pay council tax I expect something to be done. 3 years is a long time especially as I see drains down Moorland Road being cleared!!! When it rains the water can run down into our garden and flood

The workmen turned up, got out the lorry had a look got back in the lorry and drove to the bottom of the road and parked up. Unbelievable that they didn’t even try to lift the iron grill or try to move the blockage. They sat at the bottom of the road and then drive off. Please update me
