The steep steps down from Greenway Lane to the green area leading to Lyncombe Vale Road
Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 12:30, Friday 4 July 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7808807.
The steps are treacherous. They are extremely steep, some sections have no handrail, they have a very uneven and loose surface and have lumps of concrete sticking out at the base of the steps, so that when descending it is easy to go over on your ankle. Many of them are also very deep, and could really be 2 steps. These steps need reconstructing entirely. When selecting the material please bear in mind weather conditions Ie the wet (leaf covered) and ice.
