Over hanging trees
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 10:54, Mon 14 July 2025
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7872499.
Trees over hanging from BANES park over Walcot Gate entrance were reported last week and I received a notification to say that the the work had been ordered.
Over the weekend one of the very heavy branches broke and fell blocking the driveway. Tenants have moved it into the carpark out of the way. If this branch had fallen on a person or car as they were entering the scheme they would of been harmed. Could the tree please be collected from the carpark and the rest of the branches cut back before another incident occurs causing harm.
